I couldn’t possibly count the number of times that people have begun to learn the principles of Real Love and then said to me, “This is so hard.”
On the contrary, unconditional love is far easier than every other approach to life, which we have thoroughly proven with our own experience for many years.
M.L. Stedman once said, “You only have to forgive once. To resent, you have to do it all day, every day.” His implication is—and my experience is—that being unloving is a lot of work. It takes a lot of energy to be resentful, angry, attacking, critical, victimy, and so on, and the apparent need for these feelings and behaviors is never ending, because the “positive” effects are so brief and superficial.
Choose to be trusting and loving. Choose once. Choose now. It’s a way of life that is so much easier than everything else.
Replace your anger & confusion with peace and happiness.
